Starting out!

I'm jumping on the blog wagon! My goal is to share ideas and thoughts with other teachers out in the field! I have been a teacher for over 20 years! Somedays I still feel like a first year teacher! I have been in a specialized (love this term, instead of separate! Thanks to Beverly Johns!) facility teaching students with emotional and behavioral disorders for the past 16 years. I love it- never a dull moment!! This year I have moved down a classroom to teach younger students in 4th and 5th grades.
